Dr. George Rogu is a distinguished pediatrician and a pioneer in advancing pediatric care on Long Island. He has a notable career marked by creating innovative programs that leverage technology to deliver patients state-of-the-art care and medical information. 

Dr. Rogu excels in leading private practices through transformations, focusing on innovation and service upgrades to provide advanced medical care. 

As a Pediatric Executive Development System co-founder, in 2023, he led RBK to a remarkable 40% year-to-year revenue increase.

As CEO and Managing Partner for RBK Pediatrics & Urgent Care, Dr. Rogu revitalized a 58-year-old practice, transforming it into the most technologically advanced private pediatric practice on Long Island into a modern pediatric supergroup in Long Island. 

His initiatives included the introduction of a Pediatric Chronic Care Program, which incorporated a Pediatric Obesity Program, Asthma Care, an ADHD Evaluation and Management Program, and an International Adoption Program, collectively serving approximately 70,000 patient visits annually. 

Dr. Rogu's expertise extends to practice management, where he has led numerous technology-driven projects to deliver more efficient and cost-effective healthcare. 

Dr. Rogu has showcased his leadership skills by steering RBKPediatrics through two changes to electronic medical records. In 2008, he initiated and supervised the transition to a pediatric-specific Electronic Health Record (EHR) that was cost-effective, user-friendly, and tailored to the practice's unique needs. 

Dr. Rogu frequently consults with med-tech innovators to solve complex problems in the medical industry. 

He also led the Meaningful Use program as Lead Physician—a skilled negotiator with managed care organizations and medical practices.  Dr. Rogu has also successfully navigated the acquisition and merger with other practices around Long Island. 

He has managed administrative aspects, including insurance contract negotiations, staffing, and merging office cultures. He also oversees physicians and cases for Pediatric Inpatients at three local hospitals as part of the Pediatric Inpatient Hospital Program. Including Good Samaritan Children's Hospital. 

Dr. Rogu is the Founder and President of a Pediatric, Specific, Clinically Integrated Network called "The Independent Pediatric Collaborative of Long Island". In the digital healthcare space, he co-hosts "The Pediatric Lounge" Podcast, a platform that provides a deeper insight into physician discussions, ranging from clinical profundities to routine matters.

Dr. Herbert F. Bravo is a nationally recognized pediatrician, healthcare innovator, researcher, entrepreneur, and advocate for advancing pediatric care through technology, education, and physician leadership.

He serves as President of the Society for Innovation in Pediatrics, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting pediatricians, accelerating innovation, and improving health outcomes for children. 

Dr. Bravo is also the co-founder and co-host of The Pediatric Lounge Podcast, where he engages leading pediatricians, researchers, healthcare executives, and innovators in conversations shaping the future of pediatric medicine.

A frequent national speaker, Dr. Bravo has presented on pediatric innovation, artificial intelligence in healthcare, practice transformation, physician leadership, and the early detection and prevention of Type 1 Diabetes.

Dr. Bravo is actively involved in implementation science initiatives focused on population-based screening for pancreatic islet autoantibodies and the integration of evidence-based Type 1 Diabetes prevention strategies into pediatric primary care. 

He has collaborated with national experts, advocacy organizations, and healthcare technology leaders to expand awareness, education, and access to screening programs.

Dr. Bravo completed his medical education at the Universidad Autónoma de Ciencias Médicas and his clinical training at Hospital Nacional de Niños in Costa Rica. He completed his pediatric internship at Michigan State University–Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies and his pediatric residency at Rush University Children's Hospital in Chicago.

Today, Dr. Bravo continues to practice pediatrics while serving as a national voice for innovation, prevention, and the future of pediatric healthcare.
